I know that language-pack-kde-se & language-pack-kde-se-base are not
found in the 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal) repository. I'm not using Kubuntu
(with KDE) , therefore I can not try if Northern Saami (Sami)
translations can be installed in Kubuntu. I'm currently the coordinator
of Ubuntu Northern Saami Translators team https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-
l10n-se

I used to install Kubuntu with Northern Saami (Sami) packages: language-
pack-kde-se, language-pack-kde-se-base, language-pack-se, language-pack-
se-base & language-support-writing-se.

Were the  Precise Northern Saami (Sami) translations uploaded upstream
to the KDE project? Example of Kubuntu downstream work done:

  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hi, Northern Saami (Sami) language is missing the language-pack-kde-se
  & language-pack-kde-se-base packages in the Ubuntu 12.10 (Quantal
  Quetzal) repository. I suggest to restore these packages immediately.
  These are KDE and Kubuntu translations for the Northern Saami (Sami)
  language.
