The only thing I can spot different from other translations is this
string: #, fuzzy
Would this stop translations from being imported?

In installer of Oneiric beta 2, Bosnian version, the buttons "Back", "Quit" are still in English, and it is not possible to edit it in Launchpad. They can be translated in /var/lib/dpkg/info/ubiquity.templates.
