I don't agree with Martin on this issue. I think bug reporting is
important for non-English-speaking users, especially new users. I heard
many Windows users who don't speak English complain about error messages
beeing in English and not in their native language.

Also, this is an GUI thing so it is farely visible even though it
shouldn't show up for too many users it might though.

Bug description:
  When apport files a bug against unity, either resulting from a crash,
  or via "ubuntu-bug", the dialog goes something like "Thanks for
  reporting a bug in Unity, is this a graphical bug ...", etc. That
  message in that dialog should also be translated.
