The package description template got updated and this string seems to
have changed. The problem probably still exists in any versions less
than Raring but might be fixed in Raring.

If not, the next release of Ubuntu or an update for Raring (which might
come sometime) will fix it.

Closing this bug as fixed.

Bug description:
  In application Ubuntu Software-Center the short description text of
  "xdiagnose" (see screenshot) contains a typo.

  "X.org-Diagnose- und Reperaturwerkzeug" should be "X.org-Diagnose- und
  Reparaturwerkzeug"
