  It's unclear what English strings "Y", "N" and "D" mean

Bug description:
  In translation template there are 3 strings named "Y", "N" and "D".

  Without comments it's difficult to predict what they mean and
  therefore translating them correctly. Please add comments to those
  strings and describe what they mean.
