[Bug 1179848] [NEW] Enable automatic sending of summary email

 

Public bug reported:

Enable a system to automatically send to the team leader, UWN editor or
directly to a mailing list

- generate for teams each week a snippet for their language (that could
be automatically sent to the team leader or directly to the mailing
list), including:

- Absolutes (57652) & WoW change(eg: -15) for Ubuntu translated
- Absolutes & WoW change for Ubuntu to be reviewed
- Absolute & WoW changes for each pool of the DDTP (for translated & to be reviewed)
- List of untranslated packages for each language (Name and URL in a list)

- generate for the UWN (that could be automatically sent to them) each week a snippet:
- Top 5 languages (to get an overview of the important locales): Absolutes (57652) & WoW change(eg: -15)
- Top 5 top movers (to stimulate smaller teams): highest WoW change(eg: -195)
