[Bug 640659] Re: Missing dependency for spellchecking ability
I still had this bug in Kubuntu 13.04.
Even though I have chosen my language at installation, I had to install
language-pack-kde-de and aspell-de manually to setup proper spell-
checking.

Title:
Missing dependency for spellchecking ability
Status in Ubuntu Translations:
New
Status in “language-pack-kde-de” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Binary package hint: language-pack-kde-de
is i install an languagepack (even by the fresh, first install of the
system) i must go and install by myself the package aspell-$LANG (here
aspell-de). i do not understand why the kubuntu languagepacks dont
install the aspell dictionaries by himself. in ubuntu i have after the
install my working spellchecker. it would be cool if someone can
change this situation and add an dependency to this package.
