Public bug reported:

As there is no translation team appointed for the yiddish language it
has to be created to to work on the Yiddish translation. Therefore I
have created the “Ubuntu Yiddish Translators” team and have done
precisely evrything what is required in:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/KnowledgeBase/StartingTeam.

But it seems, that the Ubuntu Translations team is not active any more:
