In unity 7.2.2+14.04.20140714-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 14.04, the string
displayed is "Installert" as expected. Thus this issue can be closed.

Bug description:
  In the preview pane in Unity Dash, the string "Installed at" is
  falsely translated into "Installert på", whitch in Norwegian would
  refer to the directory the application is installed in. The best
  Nowregian translation would probably be just "Installert".
