[Bug 1354084] Re: Ubuntu start page is not localized
I believe this might be because the web browser is not sending the
language, so it will not only affect the start page, but any pages that
are expected to rely on the browser's language to display localized
content.

Ubuntu start page is not localized.
Test case:
- Switch Ubuntu Touch to Spanish.
- Open the browser.
Expected result.
- Start page should be in Spanish.
Actual result:
- Google search page (with ubuntu logo) is displayed along links in English.
