Bug description:
  Ubuntu start page is not localized.

  Test case:
  - Switch Ubuntu Touch to Spanish.
  - Open the browser.

  Expected result.
  - Start page should be in Spanish.

  Actual result:
  - Google search page (with ubuntu logo) is displayed along links in English.
