Bug description:
  The content hub is not translated.

  Test case.
  - Switch the phone to Spanish.
  - Open Contacts.
  - Created a contact.
  - Edit the contact.
  - Click on "hamburger" menu at the top.
  - Click on "Compartir" (Share).

  Expected result.
  - The content hub dialog must be displayed translated.

  Actual result.
  - Content hub dialog is not translated ("Share to", "Apps", "Messaging").
