[Bug 1350360] Re: App name in the splash screen needs to be localized
Just a note on this. We had did attempt to land this on Oct 01, however
we had to pull it from the silo. So that MP is back up for some
attention, hopefully we can make another attempt early next week.

On the last devel-proposed image, upon launching an app, a splash
screen with the app's icon and name is shown.
The app's name needs to be localized.
