[Bug 1389960] [NEW] "Please enter your password to access problem reports of system programs" is not translated

Public bug reported:

The string of the dialog box "Please enter your password to access
problem reports of system programs" when some crashes happed is not
translated, though a same string is already translated long ago:

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/precise/+source/update-
notifier/+pots/update-notifier/zh_TW/13/+translate

not sure they are the same string responsible, though.
