It seems this project has not been set up to use Launchpad for translation :
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce4-terminal

When I download the xfce4-terminal-0.6.3.tar.bz2 file at
http://git.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-terminal/, I can see the typo in the
fr.po file (see attachment).

The last commit to update translation for French has been done by Urien
Desterres
(http://git.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-terminal/commit/?id=4c30e597556666f534d5b20017775e3099593c7a),
I will try to email him to see if he can help us.

Title:
  xfce4-terminal version 0.6.3 has a misspelled string in the french
  version of Xubuntu 15.04

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  In the Terminal menu, the entry "Définir le encodage" is bad and
  should be "Définir l'encodage". The XFCE project repository
  (git://git.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-terminal) current .mo file has a good
  translation for this string.
