The fix has been released in Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid Vervet in June 2015 through the latest version of the language pack.

Title:
  [french] When installing 11.10, it should say "Installation d'Ubuntu"
  instead of "de Ubuntu"

Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  At the very begining of Oneiric's install, there is a window saying :
  "Préparation de l'installation de Ubuntu" (Preparing the installation of Ubuntu)

  Maybe it should be "d'Ubuntu" instead of "de Ubuntu" (see screnshot)
