[Bug 1573051] [NEW] 16.04 final: Incomplete and faulty German Translation in Installation assistant

Observed behavior:
- "Herunterladen der Aktualisierungen, während $(RELEASE) aktualisiert wird" -> "$(RELEASE)" should be "Ubuntu"
-"This software is subject to..." -> should also be translated

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Ubuntu 16.04 amd64 installation
2.  Select German as language
3. Click on "Next"
