Public bug reported:

In the Icon tab of the xfdesktop-settings interface, the
`<b>Appearance</b>` label is mistranslated to `<b>外觀<b>`, causes missing
formatting and wrong text displayed as in the attached screen-shot
depicts.

This bug has now been fixed in upstream Transifex, it would be great if
Ubuntu pulls it in as well.
