This should at first hand be reported to Debian's bug tracker, since the
translations in the Debian package are also used in Ubuntu.

However, since this is a bad kind of translation issue, maybe someone is
willing to fix it with a patch in Ubuntu for now.

Bug description:
  In the Icon tab of the xfdesktop-settings interface, the
  `<b>Appearance</b>` label is mistranslated to `<b>外觀<b>`, causes
  missing formatting and wrong text displayed as in the attached screen-
  shot depicts.

  This bug has now been fixed in upstream Transifex, it would be great
  if Ubuntu pulls it in as well.
