App: Settings Window.
Version: Ubuntu 18.04.1.
Language: German.
In the Devices -> Keyboard settings (Geräte, Tastatur), where you can set keyboard shortcuts, it says "Auf Arbeitsfläche darunter/darüber verschieben" in the "Navigation"-section.
I consider this very misleading, because the corresponding action does not move a window to the workspace above or below, but switches the current workspace.
Therefore I suggest the translation "Zur Arbeitsfläche darunter/darüber wechseln".
