Bug description:
  [Impact]

  When performing an upgrade from Kubuntu 18.10 to 19.04  the screen shows upgrading to 18.10.
  See attachment.

  [Test Case]

   * Install Kubuntu 18.10

   * Start an upgrade to 19.04 via update-manager

   * The window should state upgrading to 19.04
