With the state of Ohio library funding and the unprecedented number of
library levy issues on the ballot at the 2009 General Election, we're
not going to have a receptive audience on this one at the moment.  At
the moment the libraries are not concerned with putting software on the
shelves.  They're concerned with basic institutional survival.
