+ A meeting on this strategy is necessary.  What outlets are to be
+ targeted?  A single press release is not a one-size-fits-most situation.
+ Radio stations, television stations, libraries, newspapers, cable
+ outlets, and more all receive and handle press releases differently.
+ This needs to be broken down to a more atomic level as this is presently
+ constituted with far too large of brush strokes.
