Tax liability, if memory serves. I would need to work to get accounts
set up for Ubuntu Ohio so we stay on the good side of the IRS and the
Ohio Department of Taxation. Nothing says funds cannot still come in
but after a while there would need to be a more formal financial control
structure just to stay on the good side of the law.

I cannot recall who brought THAT up originally. I have enough e-mail
flowing through to where I forgot. Don't worry, I'm more interested in
evangelistic efforts.

If we got permission from Canonical, could we do an order through
Malley's to get some chocolate bars done up? My other alternative would
be to get custom printed M&M's through Ethel M's place in Vegas. I
would imagine we'd need somebody at Canonical to sign off on M&M's in
the new Light colors with the Circle of Friends logo in white printed on
'em. Dollar Tree would be the least best scenario in my view as we
couldn't get things customized BUT we could get lots of candy to have
available.

At that point, then, the materials at
http://spreadubuntu.neomenlo.org/en/get-materials/poster need to be
evaluated and some picks made. The brochures at
http://spreadubuntu.neomenlo.org/en/material/brochure/buzz-flyer-heard-ubuntu
might also be useful. The reason I brought up FedexOffice originally is
that they have a nice online estimator that takes a PDF, asks for your
printing specs, and then gives you a price guess.
Having copies of the then-latest issue of Full Circle Magazine might
help, too, I suppose. The problem with that is the paper size used is
A4 which is great for Europe but not that common here in Ohio. The
online FedexOffice tool barfs when fed an A4 PDF so I would need to
drive out to Willoughby or Mayfield Heights to inquire in-person about
printing cost.
