Hello, LoCo Contacts,

I'm announcing a change in the Ubuntu Ohio ( USA ) team's contact.

I am stepping down as the Contact of Ubuntu Ohio, and transitioning it to the
ubuntu-us-ohio-council[1]. I'm happy to announce that the new 3 leaders of the
team ( CC'd, and noted below ) are more then qualified to run the team, and
not only have my support, but my trust and faith that they will lead the team
into a bright future.
