Health Check: Signing The Code of Conduct

Greetings from Ashtabula. One of the requirements for joining the Ohio
LoCo is to have signed the Ubuntu Code of Conduct. Some quick spot
checks today while purging some deleted accounts showed a number of
folks had not actually signed the Code of Conduct. You can check if you
have signed the Code of Conduct by visiting your user page on
Launchpad.net. A new tool has been announced here to help simplify the
process of carrying out the electronic signing:
http://www.webupd8.org/2013/04/easily-sign-ubuntu-code-of-conduct-
with.html

I urge everybody to read the current version of the Code of Conduct
(http://www.ubuntu.com/community/conduct) and to ensure that they're up
to date in terms of having signed. If you have signed a previous
version you are considered grandfathered in and no action need be taken.

Thank you for your patience and consideration.
