Re: Fwd: Ubuntu Global Jam is Soon - Bring Phones and Tablets!

 

At Randall's suggestion, Charles and I have rebranded the K-W Ubuntu
Hour for Friday, 1 March 2013 as an Ubuntu Global Jam event!  Same time,
same place, same good food, but now we're participating directly in
improving the Ubuntu distribution.

Bring a thumbdrive (or a blank DVD) and I'll make it bootable with
Ubuntu 13.04 Alpha2 Raring Ringtail so that you can try it out on your
own PC. 

And if you should happen to have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus or an LG Nexus 4
phone then you can try Ubuntu on it too. I'd love to see that!
