Aside from a private request for devilled eggs, I didn't get any
response from anyone. So, let me ask some more specific questions:
Weekday or Weekend?
If Weekend, Afternoon or Evening?
There's SoOnCon coming up on Friday and Saturday, 1 and 2 November, and
everyone will be there (right?).
There's KWLUG and UofW CSClub presentations on Monday and Tuesday, 4 and
5 November, and everyone will be there (right?).
Charles will likely host an Ubuntu Hour on Thursday, 7 November, and
everyone will be there (right?). But maybe we could combine Ubuntu Hour
with the Release Party...
Much as I hate leaving my digital footprint on commercial sites, I've
created a Doodle Poll for date suggestions. Javascript dependent, and
and Doubleclick infested... But if you're game, try it out:

For a release party it would be good to have a venue where we can spread
out computers and have an installfest. Also a place that's amenable to
bringing in devilled eggs and cake. That lets out most restaurants, so
please send suggestions if you know of a place that's OK with that.
