  [MIR] ubuntu-html5-theme

Status in “ubuntu-html5-theme” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This is a MIR for ubuntu-html5-theme. This package contains the HTML5
  version of the Ubuntu UI Toolkit, part of the Ubuntu SDK. This is the
  pendant of the QML-based UI Toolkit initially introduced in the Ubuntu
  SDK.

  1. Availability - The project has been publicly available on Launchpad
  since the announcement of Ubuntu Touch, at the beginning of 2013.

  2. Rationale - This package contains the HTML5 version of the Ubuntu
  UI Toolkit, part of the Ubuntu SDK. This is the pendant of the QML-
  based UI Toolkit initially introduced in the Ubuntu SDK. It has been
  identified as strategically important to help Ubuntu users take
  advantage of the platform via well-known web technologies.

  3. Security - The toolkit has not had any "CVE"'s reported against it.
  The toolkit works mostly at the presentation level and runs within a
  web container. As such the security implications are similar to that
  other graphical toolkits, with the extra protection provided by the
  web container and the apparmor profile associated with it.

  4. Quality Assurance - The project members practice code reviews for
  each branch merges. The project code is maintained with automatic
  branch merges gated by an an autopilot test suite. The continuous
  integration process is managed by a set of standard Jenkins jobs and
  metrics.

  5. Dependencies - The package can be used in a variety of environments
  and thus does not mandate particular dependencies, apart from a web
  container. The runtime is self contained. The test suite requires
  packages outside of main right now.

  6. Standards compliance - The package adheres to the FHS & Debian
  Policy standards. Particular compliance issues would be considered as
  bugs.

  7. Maintenance - The project is actively maintained by the Webapps
  Team. It has already gathered a community of contributors outside of
  the original Canonical developers team.
