[Bug 1308588] [NEW] [webapp-container] Should display a startup confirmation in place of the blank webview
Public bug reported:
Webapp-container can be slow to cold start the oxide runtime, and/or
load the initial web content. During that phase, there should be
something on screen hiding, or in replacement of the blank webview.
As a stop-gap measure, it could be simply the web application title,
which avoids the need for special artwork or untranslated strings.
Eventually, this should be addressed by the webbrowser-app/webapp-
container design update.
