[Bug 1321960] [NEW] Ubuntu should not lock screen when I watch a long video

When a video is playing (youtube or a movie), ubuntu should not consider
the period as inactive and lock screen (as specified in the "System
Settings - > Brightness and Lock -> Turn screen off when inactive for: "
setting).
