[Bug 1323390] Re: Websites with self-signed certificates not loading/shown
This is a missing API in oxide to expose this to embedders. This is the
error I’m seeing:

Current result: white/blank page with no loading feedback
Expected result: yes/no prompt as to whether or not the user trusts the website
