[Bug 1361868] [NEW] GeolocationPermissionRequest is leaked if no signal handler is connected

We transfer ownership of GeolocationPermissionRequest to QML so that
applications can respond asynchronously. However, if nothing is attached
to WebView.geolocationPermissionRequested, the request gets leaked
