[Bug 1365060] [NEW] [sdk] improve download progress bar percentage
Public bug reported:
Download progress percentage is not present when the downloading starts,
and it only shows up in the last few seconds, which is not useful. In
addition, the percentage shows as 100% when the download is not
completed.
Note: In most cases, a percentage should not be required to indicate
progress, especially when the progress bar is only an estimation.
