There are currently no tests for the UserScript API. In addition to
testing things like UserScript.matchAllFrames,
UserScript.emulateGreasemonkey, UserScript.incognitoEnabled etc, we
should also have separate tests for the bits of greasemonkey metadata we
support (@include, @exclude, @match, @exclude_match and @run-at)
