[Bug 1414078] [NEW] Support injecting stylesheets in the same way that we support injecting user scripts
Public bug reported:
Currently we have the UserScript object for injecting user scripts, but
we have no way of injecting stylesheets using a similar sort of
mechanism (context wide and using greaemonkey metadata for determining
when to inject them). We should introduce a mechanism to do this
