The web browser doesn't set the language property. To reproduce do this:

* Set the phone to some language other than en (I verified with 'de')
* open duckduckgo.com
* Notice that the website is in english
* Open the menu on the upper right in the website, go to advanced settings
* Verify that the language option is set to "Browser preferred language"

=> expected: if the phone is set up in german, the websites should load
the german version too.
