[Bug 1471184] [NEW] WebContextMenu / WebPopupMenu position should be offset by the locationbar offset
Public bug reported:
Oxide has the ability to control the application's locationbar height,
and it takes care of offsetting the content position and input events.
However, it doesn't offset the position provided to WebContextMenu or
WebPopupMenu implementations, and it should.
