  Transitioning Flash content to fullscreen sometimes shows the wrong
  content

Bug description:
  Sometimes when Flash content transitions to fullscreen, the browser
  window becomes fullscreen and the headerbar disappears, but the window
  continues to display the underlying web content rather than the Flash
  content. Nothing responds to input events in this state.
