  NOTIMPLEMENTED() hit in WebContentsView when using Flash fullscreen

Bug description:
  When putting Flash content in fullscreen, I'm seeing these:

  [1027/114215:ERROR:oxide_web_contents_view.cc(108)] Not implemented reached in virtual void oxide::WebContentsView::StoreFocus()
  [1027/114245:ERROR:oxide_web_contents_view.cc(112)] Not implemented reached in virtual void oxide::WebContentsView::RestoreFocus()
