Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-r128

Kubuntu Hardy, using 3 devices ("nvidia", "r128", "i128"), all work
r128 version 4.1.0 (Kubuntu Hardy) works with "ATI Rage 128 Pro VR PP (PCI)" chipset.  Finds and reads video BIOS successfully.

Upgraded to Kubuntu Jaunty (r128 version 6.8.0). "nvidia" works, but
r128 fails to read video BIOS.  /var/log/Xorg.0.log attached.
