[Bug 377117] [NEW] Synaptics stops to working after dock plug off on dell d430

Binary package hint: xfree86-driver-synaptics

After doing docking station plug off or on, the mouse starts to work
like it did not have synaptics on, scrolling does not work, cursor is
faster:

Workaround: modprobe -r psmouse, modprobe psmouse and it starts to work.
