[Bug 377234] [NEW] intel GMA X3100 card produces strange burring/smearing effects in parts of scene in Jaunty

 

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

Strange smearing effect for some parts of scene.
glxgears and BZFlag work fine.
Freelancer under Wine, Armagetron Advanced, Adanaxis and Trigger display strange visuals.
Freelancer produces an accumulative glaring of the space background.
Rolling back to the 2.4 intel drivers doesn't improve the situation.
