[Bug 375106] Re: i128 worked in Hardy, fails in Jaunty, chipset "i128t2r4"

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-i128
In Kubuntu Hardy, i128 (v. 1.2.1) worked well with Number Nine
Revolution IV card and SGI 1600SW monitor.
In Kubuntu Jaunty, i128 (v. 1.3.1) causes machine to freeze during
startup of X server. Xorg log attached. No error message; server just
stops and machine freezes.
