[Bug 382123] [NEW] USB keyboard not working after suspend/resume

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

After resuming from suspend, my USB keyboard didn't work. I only got the
password prompt from my (Gnome) session, where I could not enter the
password. After unplugging and re-plugging the keyboard, everything
works.

Not sure if related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/285612, my
hardware is different.
