Binary package hint: fglrx-kernel-source

I just did an upgrade to karmic and have no working xserver:

vesa - drop to console
radeonhd - same as above, occasionally freeze
ati - cursor and black screen, occasionally freeze
fglrx - dkms fails to build module, no errors in make.log

lspci: RV670 AGP [Radeon HD 3850]

Tried reinstalling of all of the drivers with no luck.
