[Bug 386823] [NEW] [wishlist] xrandr should have option to horizontally center

Binary package hint: x11-xserver-utils
When using xrandr --below or --above, it would be convenient to have an
option to horizontally center the added screen, rather than the current
left-aligning. If I want to center, I have to calculate the center
position myself.
Most people with vertically stacked dual screens will more or less
center them.
