Binary package hint: xorg

I'm assuming this is an XORG issue, but I could be completely wrong.

What happens is that any menu (in any app), requires me to mousover
popup menus twice before the menu will show.

This includes the Applications menus, as well as ones in xChat, Komodo,
anything in the system tray, etc.
