Last week I have update fglrx to new amd version 10.11:

[fglrx] module loaded - fglrx 8.79.4 [Oct 26 2010] with 1 minors

The problem now appears less often but still sometimes some "square" of
menus and tooltips remains but now i'm used to so i know how to clear
them
