[Bug 689000] [NEW] Correct resolution (1280x720) not available, screen goes over the edges of the display

Binary package hint: xorg
I suppose the issue is a "feature" of this display (26" LG 26LC2RA). The
gnome-display-properties names the display as Goldstar Company Ltd 42",
which is wrong. See Bug #489875 for further information.
